Somebody talk me out of Ill -3.5 and LSU +1.5.

I know Minn plays well at home, but still...and LSU a dog @ 14-13 S.Carolina?

Actually I won't try to talk you out of either pick. Home court has been really big in both the SEC and Big 10, though.
SC has some played some tough games @home. Their fg% is almost 3% better than their avg in conference home, and their fg% against is more than 6% better home. LSU is only about 1% off their conference avg otr, but their fg% against is more than 3% worse otr.
LSU is significantly worse in other categories as well otr. They should have more trips to ft line even otr, though.

Illinois fg% against is actually better otr, but Minny's fg% is about 5% better @home.

Nice going on these winners if you hit em. I cashed Illinois with ya, but also tailed someone on SC. True to form, SC played good d, shot better from the field and from 3, but went 5-8 from ft, while LSU went 17-21 - result: another close home loss.
I'm cool though, since Detroit and SH came through for a 3-1 night.

Unfortunately I didn't get the bets in. Figures I would have won both.
