You are going to cancun for 7 days. 1,000-2,000$ per person depending how many stars you want your hotel to be, ie 1,000 for 3 stars 2000 for 5 stars. (Not exact prices but you could get something around there.

Also while you are there check out YBOR city close to TAMPA,
Cost: Depends on when you go? Its in season right now, so maybe 120 a night for a hotel. + Airfare maybe $720 for 2 people?
