Shouldn't you throw ones that are that little back? Let 'em grow a little, sheesh.

read the post above, my first bass since I was about 12, I was just excited to pull it in

We can keep anything over 15". The larger one was around 17" and the smaller was about 12-13" but it swallowed the hook and wasn't going to make it after we managed ot get it out.

small lake near Akron, Ohio called Lake Hodgson.. Its the water supply for the town of Ravenna so its safe to keep anything from there (there are a few lakes around me that I wouldn't keep the fish from).

I just started fishing again and decided it was time to put the bobber and waxworms away and start chasing something more challanging.

Flomo, where did you catch that thing? Do you live up north?

We have these convenient fish on a pond by me that spit the lure out once in the boat for easy reentry into the lake. I've never seen anything like it before.

Personally I've never eaten bass, but I hear they're great if you boil them, not so great if you fry them.

Irish, as I get older I enjoy different things

Fishing and beer, Golfing and Beer, strippers and beer (ok that last one hasn't changed since I was 18)

fishing is like poker, alot of sitting around watching whats going on around you waiting to hit that moster
