You don't. You learn a valuable lesson. Party's are only fun at someone else's house.

Hahaha I used to do this all the time. I don't know why, I never stole anything in any other setting in my life. But it wasn't uncool stealing like someone's cell phone. Just stupid shit like stealing their toaster to throw it on their roof. Dumb stuff like that which seems hilarious at the time.
Never at an actual friend's party though like you make these guys seem. Which one of them obviously isn't.

A few girls I partied with would steal guys deodorant/cologne. They had a huge fucking collection like a trophy room it was kinda creepy.

you probably just lost it and will come across it. i mean come on, you lose shit all the time. did you check like in couch cushions and inside the couch, etc? however, there is gps on it,so at some point somebody will be turning it on so try to get ATT to track it maybe?

write down a list of people you know were there, go to their houses, beat the fuck outta them till they either are unconscious or tell you where it is.
go to where it is, repeat previous process with whoever is in possession of the phone until they hand it over.
go home and phone some bitches and have another party

i found my phone after some more cleanup, in a tipped over cup of beer. Beer is on the inside of my screen and seems to have fucked my SIM card up as well as prbly everything else... i created a little hut for it over my heating vent and bought some compressed air dust remover shit.
Anything else to help save me like $500?

if it comes back to life i definitely recommend semi-breaking it on your own, going into the apple store and demand a new one. trust me. the silence button on mine just fell off so i went in there and they just gave me a new one, no questions axed. SO, just say it fell off for no reason. gg apple.

one time i spilled beer all over my computer keyboard and to fix it i took it apart, removed the elec boards and let is soak in my bathtub for a few hours.
of course this is an iphone and not a keyboard.

I told them I got the phone wet, but I agree that saying less is more when dealing with the genius bar. I guess their policy for the iphone is that if the water sensor is not broken, it is is covered under warranty.
|
maybe a glimmer of hope?

LOl @ this thread
Honestly, you're fucked.
The water sensor will preclude getting it replaced. The fact it was beer not water means there is residue on the chips/screen/etc that without cleaning, even if it DOES come back to life will eventually rust it out internally. So you don't have a lot of hope of recovery.

yeah i know im fucked. the SIM card is already stoopid looking. The water sensor in the headphone jack is half pink. The screen is all residued. The insides are probably fucked. But on the bright side, I killed the beer pong table all night... which probably led to my phone's demise.

i may or may not.
experience has shown all of us that trustworthy people are very hard to find, and that some of those whom we determine to be trustworthy based on what knowledge we have of them eventually show us to be wrong.
