Generally we don't have a big problem with this, but please don't repeatedly bump these threads if you get no response. The fact of the matter is that we do not encourage people to do stuff like this because if someone loses money, we cannot do anything about it. If you are a reg and people on the site trust you, they will help you. But if that's the case, chances are you know who might be willing to help you in the first place, and you'll PM them or ask them in some other private way.
In case anyone was wondering, it's offering stakes and asking for stakes publically that we do not allow at all.
Good luck getting your paypal $.

oh it's np, my post wasn't actually in direct response to anyone. i was just trying to point out that often these threads won't get responses because people just don't want to risk funds with ppl they don't know very well.
