Well, I haven't been doing too well lately, especially on my 2 unit plays. Yuck.

I bet some of these right when the line came out, thinking "wtf?" Some of them have moved since then. Sorry guys. If y'all would like me to post my plays the moment I get them in, let me know, but sometimes, I just dont have time to do so, especially if nobody's out there reading.

OAK Moneyline (+104) vs. SEA @ Pinnacle for 1 unit

SD +4 vs. SF (-110) @ Skybook for 1 unit
JAC/ATL OVER 35 (-114) @ Pinnacle for 1 unit
BAL/WAS OVER 33.5 (+106) @ Pinnacle for 1 unit
MIN/DAL OVER 34 (-112) @ Pinnacle for 1 unit

One more:

DET -3 vs. BUF (-110) at Betcris for 1.1 units. BetCris does that crappy rounding cents down thing, so I bet 1.1 to win 1 so that I don't lose value.

MIDDLE!!!

Taking HOU -3 vs. TB for -102 (effectively) at matchbook

Already had TB +7 vs. HOU for -110 at BetJamaica.

So taking HOU -3 vs. TB for .9 units

This way, I win no matter what happens (albet super small if The Texans A) Lose or win by 2 or less or B) Win by 8+).

If the Texans win by 3 or 7, I win one of the bets and the other pushes
If the Texans win by 4, 5, or 6, I win BOTH bets! WOOHOO!

And my risk is now 0!!!

Sweet. Anyone else who took TB +7 may consider doing the same.

Am I a glutton for punishment or what? Here's another whack at a 3 unit play.

I can't resist the Oakland Moneyline at +133 .

Seattle should be resting their starters, and the public is on the Seattle in full force, despite laying -3.

So with one unit at +104, and two at +133, that averages out to odds of 123.333

Woohoo! Let's go Raiders?

Went 3-5-1 today, or, put another way: 2-5, with a winning middle.

And I lost my big play. Yeah...that kinda sucked.

Ok. Well, I brought (-101) to (-110) bets back from oblivion, but in the process, destroyed my +money bets, and destroyed my 2 unit plays.

errr...

Looks like I'm going to be down this preseason regardless of what happens. I'm not gonna chase. Oh well; lessons learned. Life moves on. Let's try to recoup at least SOME of today's losses tomorrow...
