All
Am very excited because I have just had my tickets through and am off to Vegas in early December.
Am staying in the Luxor and they have tournaments every day, so will probably play in those.
Any suggestions on other places to play (tourneys preferably)?!?!

Living fairly close, I go to Vegas at least once a year and sometimes 2-3 times and I still have to figure this out each time I go because I am not a regular and I have a bad memory for such things.
Here is the best suggestion I can give you from my experiences.
Figure out where your going to be willing/wanting to go while you are there, look up their number on the Internet and call the casino up and ask to speak with their Poker Room Manager. They will be more than happy to hook you up with all the information you need about that particular casino's tournament schedule. I can tell you that just about all of the card rooms in the casino's are willing to do tournaments IF enough people show up to make it worth their while. Sometimes the tournament goes off and sometimes it does not depending on how many people show up. I have experience with this situation at the Luxor.

You have to see the Wynn's poker room. It is gorgeous.
Plus, they have a $1-$3 or $2-$3 NL game where they use $3 chips. It will confuse and astound you. "I bet, ah ... ah ... ah, 4 chips."
