The result of the first case of unpaid taxes on poker winnings just got published on the news, they wanted about 80k $ from him. The federal gambling commity (darn to happy to spell right) has placed poker in the same category as playing the lottery (yeah right) and since there is no taxes on lottery in this country he don't have to pay a dime

So right now it seems that poker money is legally taxfree. Anyone want to move here? We got nice blondes too Oh and polar bears walking the streets .

Is the country hard to navigate if you don't know Swedish? I might become a foreign exchange student...

Do you know why? Because they're fit. The vast amount of fatsos increase the breast size in other countries. Everyone knows swedish blondes have nice racks.

On topic: This is fucking great! Finally you can cash out without being afraid of Bosse Ringholm.

Edit: Are you sure his winnings are from outside of EU? I wouldn't be surprised if Aftonbladet left that little detail out..

Yeah, the idea of breast augmentation hasn't reached their country either so that counts me out too...

Very high levels of vitamin A (retinol) which can be toxic. Sadly it's one of the few things I remember from the class I took on metabolism.

Sorry missed this one and nope English are learnt in school from 3rd grade, all TV series. movies are in original language etc. So you could ask about anyone on the street for help in English and get an answer. Which is more than you can say for France,Germany etc...

Just beware of the polar bears

Actually, technically we are taxed on this in Canada. If you go to CRA website, they say if you are gambling with the purpose of turning a profit, then it is considered income. It is purely subjective, but they look at how often you are playing to determine if it is with the intent of earning an income. However if you cash out in small amounts, chances of getting caught are very slim. Anything over $10k is automatically reported by the bank

Good things being a swede?? mmmkay!

Anyways that was nothing new, I think that gambling/lottery winnings from EU area have to be tax free to the EU citizens, britain has it even better, ALL gambling winnings (including poker ) are tax free. I surely wouldnt want to pay like 50-55% taxes next year when I will win 1m€+ from poker!

Also, notice sandstorm's pathetic copying of my avatar. They are sooo unoriginal!

speak to the hand cause the face isnt listening

If we hadnt been the landmine between you and the friendly russians you pansies would have been slaughtered years ago. But lets stop this stupid historical stuff. I think we have already had this discussion like.. a lot of times..

Perhaps you should learn to play poker so that you could know what it feels like to get some tax free poker winnings to your bank account. Feels g00t!

Aww look at the cute little penguin. He tries to change the subject away from his embarassing historical past and lead the crowd away with a mindless flame.
