I'm under the impression that I'm supposed to like cut it in half and take out the seed shit or something. What part do I fucking eat?

FYI, I've never tried it or really seen more than like 2 in my fucking lifetime except by accident when I stumbled into the produce section at Wal-Mart.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

one of the most important things to avocado enjoyment is ripeness

most avocados need to be ripened a day or three

My favorite way to eat them is an avocado sandwich. It sounds weird, but slice it up, butter a couple pieces of bread, put the avocado on them, add garlic salt, enjoy.

is it really that complicated to work out which part to eat?

hint: it's not the hard as diamond brown stone in the middle
it's not the leathery black skin

ancient man took millenia to work out the conundrum

Just wait until it is slightly mushy on the outside. If when you open it is a healthy green with a few dark patches eat it.

Cut it in two lengthwise around the pit then pull it apart. If you're not eating it immediately put some lemon juice on it cause it turns a brown really fast once it's exposed to air.

do a google search, "how to cut an avocado".

i still dont believe you that youve never seen an avocado. its conceivable you haven't seen one in real life. its not conceivable that youve never seen one on tv or on the internet or at a restaurant where one of your friends had it in his/her dish.

also spoon, have you had guacamole before? because the main ingredient in that is avocado.

its not really that inconceivable. I go to culinary school with this kid who had not tried and avacado until our first block of school. In our parents life time, and even some of ours it was not common to find sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese at your local grocer. Now think, spoon lives in the straight up boonies, is it that suprsing to you that he hasnt seen one?

Maybe I will try one soon. Although I have had guacamole before, so I guess I technically have consumed avocado before.
