Ok, OJ, well this is what you're gonna have to serve:
Count 1: Conspiracy to Commit Crime - 1 year county jail
Count 2: Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping - 12 to 48 months in the Nevada Dept. of Corrections, to run concurrent with Count 1.
Count 3 - Conspiracy to Commit Robbery - 12 to 48 months in the Nevada Dept. of Corrections, to run concurrent with Count 2.
Count 4 - Burlglary While in Possession of a Deadly Weapon, 26 to 120 months, to run concurrent with Count 3.
Count 5 - 1st Degree Kidnapping with Use of a Deadly Weapon - Fixed term of 15 years, parole eligibility beginning after 5 years, to run concurrent with Count 4.
Count 6 - 1st Degree Kidnapping with Use of a Deadly Weapon - Fixed term of 15 years, parole eligibility beginning after 5 years, to run concurrent with Count 5.
Count 7 - Robbery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon - Minimum term of 60 months, maximum of 180 months, consecutive 12 to 72, concurrent with Count 6.
Count 8 - Robbery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon - Minimum term of 60 months, maximum of 180 months, consecutive 12 to 72, concurrent with Count 7.
Count 9 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Minimum term of 18 months, maximum term of 72 months, consecutive to Count 8.
Count 10 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Minimum term of 18 months, maximum term of 72 months, consecutive to Count 9.
Concurrent means that the sentencing happens at the same time, but consecutive means it gets tacked on, so it looks like an absolute minimum of 5 years for Count 5 if he got paroled right then, 60 months + 12 months for Count 8, running concurrently with the previous counts, plus 18 months for Count 9, plus 18 months for Count 10.
So my total is 108 months or 9 years even. But more likely the 15 year sentence will last longer than 5 years, so if it goes to full term, then it would be more like 19 years. (if I interpreted everything correctly, please correct me if I'm wrong).
So, OJ, you'll be at least 70 years old when you can possibly get out... but here's the good news, you get a credit for time served of 64 days! :P
