Ace. Is it considered a face card? The argument is that all the other face cards have people -- and hence faces -- on them.

the ace can sometimes be low, and there is no face on it
in blackjakc the ace is not a face card

Paint = face cards, sure it doesnt have a face on it but any proper deck the aces are well decorated, or some might say "painted."
