I agree, wholeheartedly. However, if you think the vast majority of cardio machine warriors are doing it for any other reason than to get cut, you are insane.

Someone that lifts all day could actually be less healthy than a slightly pudgy person who focuses on cardio.

Ideally (from a health or physique perspective), one would do both.

Being followed from table to table by droolers who obviously have me marked as a fish. Sets don't hold. 4 card flush boards are standard. Getting it in preflop is never the right play no matter what my holding. They are never folding, bluffing, losing. Was about to become a 400NL reg, now back to 100NL due to concerns of tilting off my entire bankroll.
