when im doing well in donkamentsi go out the same way every time. i get sucked out or coolered, lose half my chips in the process, then within the next orbit i either do some stupid bluff due to tilt and die, or receive another suckout/cooler and die.

I know how you feel bro but you gotta at least play the $530 million every month. For someone as good as you your EV in it is probably $200 per table hour or more. GL doing that at 5/10 6-max.

if he 10 tabled 5/10 and could beat it for 2bb/100, that would be much more than $200/hour. assuming he plays roughly 800 hands/hour, $20 x 2=$40. $40 x 8 = $320/hour. not sure if that is right or not, but im pretty sure it is.

You just proved my point. That's "only" $32 per table per hour, compared to the $530 million where a very good player's winrate is going to average out to $200+ per hour just at the one table, and even someone who's just solid can make $100 per hour there. And you can play a few other tables besides that (either cash or donkaments). I'm the first to admit that donkaments are dumb but people play so bad in them that if you like money you should play the Sundays anyway.

okay i see your point. its really hard to determine a winrate in donkaments though when you dont play them very often.

I'm using 100% ROI and an average length of time one spends in the Sunday Million to be around 2 or 2.5 hours. I don't have any proof that nutsinho (or you or I) has a 100% ROI in the Sunday Million and I'm not sure how long one would last in it on average but those numbers can't be that far off. Also, in a regular $109 on a weeknight the same person with a 100% ROI on Sunday is going to have more like a 25%-50% ROI which is more like $15-$30 per table hour. It's only on Sunday that tournaments are insanely profitable.
