Those matters are between the lenders and Radashack. They should have secured reliable means of contact outside of a poker forum before sending him any money.
We have rules in place now to curb this from happening. Yes, it's unfortunate that he seemed to have "gotten away with it." But I see no benefit or positive outcome in bringing this up time and again.

I understand you have interests to protect xianti, and ultimately those interests are the most important thing as it is your guy's forum, and you can do with it as you wish. Though i do think it can be usefull (and hilarious) to keep bringing it up, as it warns others about the dangers of lending money even to people you truely trust.
But you are right, bringing up "radashack sighting" isn't the way to go about it.
