If someone threatens to, and then proceeds to, kick me in the nads, can I sue
them for assualt and battery on behalf of my unborn family?

Since you don't sue for assault and battery... you sue for damages incurred from said battery, I'm going to go with "no". You can, however, convince a doctor you are now impotent and sue for that.

Actually, if argued right, you could get the death penalty.
Tell the judge that you have millions of potential children in your sac, and that the defendant prevented each innocent baby from being born, essentially massacring the equivalent of a small country.
And if you really want to get him, argue that he even damaged the billions of sperm that would have been produced throughout the rest of your life, which is equivalent to killing every human on the face of the earth.
