So I am seriously thinking about getting back into poker, but I havent played since poker was "banned" how would I go about getting my money onto a poker site and what not.

ePassporte is the new Netteller. The only gripe is that they charge $5 for each $100 when you wire from your bank.

Western Union is the way to go IMO, but other people seem to like ePassporte for some reason.

epassporte the minimum, then get a site - site transfer from a buddy for the rest. Keep those fees down.

I thought that was a lot too, but to be fair, thats only for a first deposit, they are $2 per load (any amount, iirc) after that.

stars indicates that the $5 -> $2 change occurs only for checking account loads. Not credit card loading .

I can confirm that it works to load Stars. I've heard it works at Full Tilt too.

thats epassports rules and it can take up to 2 weeks for the bank transfer to go through
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

I've also heard of the Green Dot visa working well. Theyre for sale at most gas stations and walmarts and other places I'm sure.
