I finally got internet connection in my new home town and I have tried to connect to IRC in the last two days but I cant be connected. Is it working fine with you guys or is it just me?

The Internet in Finland apparently sucks then. You could try a different client like Chatzilla?

unable to resolve? Sounds like your DNS' are down. But then you shouldn't be able to surf the web either. Try connecting to
130.240.22.202 (it's ludd.se.quakenet.org)
