Also, this is the second time I've been accused of "being better than this". I'm hyperbolic and reactionary on a regular basis. Any appearance of me being "better" is that I change opinions based on new logic and evidence, not that I'm somehow better at being right and smart on initial reactions and thoughts
Besides, "criminal" justice is enormously corrupt, and there really isn't much difference between cops turning a blind eye to the corruption in their midst than Catholic church personnel or attendees turning a blind eye to boy rape. Like it or not, the analogy fits; it's just that everybody believes "criminal justice" personnel are inherently better people with better motives and above much of the law and ethical conduct standards
I have a bone to pick with things like the thousands of American heroes who have been abused by Government Assault and Battery Officers in the whole Occupy movement, so I see this video and go "hey this could be fun"
Now let's go watch American television where every other show glorifies some good ol boys beating the fuck out of poor people. Then we can wonder why conventional wisdom in this country is that we need a war state, need a prison state, and anybody against this either needs to get a job or stop whining
