How many of those circle lights did you light up? I think I've only ever got 3.
The frustrating thing about that pinball game is that occasionally you're on fire and can't miss with the left flipper up the left chute thing but most of the time your timing is exactly the same but the ball just goes straight up the middle. It's infuriating.

I can't remember how many I got lit up. I got this score on my laptop like 8 months ago.
I remember getting lucky by getting the 10x multiplier and racking up about 10mill in about 5min.
I think I lit up 5 of those things...It goes: Ensign, Lieutenant, Captain...but I cant remember what's after that.
Best score on my new comp is 17mill so far...

I was playing this before and I got this mad G-force thing to happen which sucked my ball into the middle of the table but I've no idea how/why it happened or how to make it happen again.
Whats the strategy?

That's the Gravity Well.
To get that you have to launch the hyperspace terminal 5 times. It's kind of a nuisance, but it does give you 150,000 points.
The strategy is selecting a mission on the left side by hitting one of the blinker thingys, and then starting the mission by getting the ball up the launch ramp...just pay attention to the instructions on the right and follows the arrows.
Each mission is worth 500,000 to start. It goes up as you get promoted.
Getting free balls and/or replays help a lot.

omg i love this game
replays are better than free balls because you can keep going with a mission that's in progress even if you die

Very true, but you can have only one replay at a time, while you can have unlimited number of freeballs racked up.
