Well I'm looking for some business advice...figured I'd see what all the smart poker players (and the not smart ones too) think about my business and how i can improve it. THANK!

quick summary:

I started, with a friend, selling shirts outside chicago cubs and sox games for a summer gig when we were in college.

Now we've grown...we sell outside the games, we have a kiosk in mall, and we sell them on our website...www.crosstowntees.com

What I'm looking for:..trying to improve my business

A. Any critiques of the website
1.the look of it
2. the user friendlyness
3. add or change something?
4. anything else?

B. Any other places I could sell them you think would be good? (i.e. to sporting good stores, festivals like taste of chicago, or anything else)

C. Overall business advice?

D. Any shirt ideas!? ($$$ for good ones \:\) )

E. Basically any comments anything about this...just trying to get some discussion started to see if you guys can help me improve my business.

Expand to other teams and other sports? How should I approach doing this?

Thanks everyone ahead of time!

i would love to expand to other teams. just not sure how to market it to other teams.

if you have a good shirt i'll pay you $150+ depending on how good it is and how well it sells...and i'll send you 5-10 of them once i print it
