You would need internet access, and then you would need to make sure you can visit gambling sites. If the Military has a rule forbidding you to gamble(which it probly does) or if they block access to these sites,then you may need to wait.
I think Absolute has a Java type platform ,where you can login, but you dont need to download their software. this type may be your best option.
