Pinnacle, as a general rule.

Bet exchanges are great as well, as you can sometimes get + money on a bet that you would normally have to pay -110 for at another book.

Having lots of outs is good for this, but if you want to just stick to one book: pinnacle, by far. Second place is so far in the distance, all you see is a speck.

sportsbook.com?

No. Ugh. Problems with payouts, poor customer service, absolute STIFF JOBS if you have any kind of balance. And then to top it all off, consistent -110 lines. Yuch. I have better places to play than there.

Actually, hey swiggidy:

if you don't mind me asking, what type of bets do you normally have (sizewise)?

'Cause if they're less than $300 or so, I may have a better book for you.

Pinnacle's bonus is a ONE TIME thing. You will never get another one, so I'd hate for you to waste it on a small deposit now.

There are other books that offer good lines, and good bonuses that you'd be better off using for now.

Ok: in that case, I think you'd be better off at either one of the following three books:

Skybook:
Free half points do WONDERS. Getting on and off 4, 10, and 6 in football is HUGE and at skybook, FREE. They also have an initial deposit bonus, PLUS reload bonuses all the time, so by taking the first bonus, you don't kill yourself on other bonuses.

Cons - Once you put your money in there, be prepared to leave it for the rest of the season. It costs $15 to withdraw, so it's not the book for those who like to move their money all around cyberspace.

Mansion:
Their exchange is good for placing offers, where you can often get +103 or +104 on bets where you would have paid -110 at sportsbook.com. Also, they're kinda slow moving lines, so you may get a better line than other places a lot of times.

Cons - Their exchange sometimes lacks liquidity, so you'll end up taking -107 sometimes on bets. Still, -107 is better than -110.

Matchbook:
Their exchange rocks. You'll usually be getting great lines, and there is enough volume there to really get your bets down at good prices. Often, one side of a game will be -102 and the other side will be +101. It's freaking great.

Plus, if you decide to change your mind later, after getting like +110 on one side, if you can get +104 on their other side, you don't even have to have the money to hedge out, because the second bet would cancel out the first one. The software is smart enough to realize that, and then not deduct the balance from your account (like they would at lots of spotsbooks).

Cons - You can't buy or sell points here; when you deposit, they take away a percentage of it (2% or so), which they give back later as commission credits. It's not a huge deal, but I thought I'd point it out so that when you deposit $100 and only see $98 in your balance, you wouldn't freak out. The money's still there.

If you're going to go with skybook, please shoot me a PM, as they DO have a referral bonus. Same thing with Mansion. But if you go with matchbook, just go ahead and sign up at matchbook.com .

I would rank them in order of:
Matchbook
Skybook
Mansion

So yeah. Let me know if you have any questions.
