Ninety percent of the “professional players” I know have some serious “leaks” that affect their ability to hold on to their money.
Very interesting

Except the online part, I agree with just about everything he said.

Great example of a strong player finding the long-term gold in the poker boom.

If I had to guess, I would say about 50 percent of the “name pros” you see on television on a regular basis have a negative net worth

(I’m guessing Negreanu is at the top of this list.)
"Hey Daniel, do that funny Ming impersonation for the 18th time!!"

I was going to say this must be fake because no one could watch Danny on TV and want to spend 1 minute with him, then I realized he probably sent the question in himself.

As for Negreanu — things aren’t always the way they appear on television.

Good interview, ty Warpe.

It's strange that he named the top five cash game players and 3 are internet players (and arguably PA too) and then to the very next question he answers that live players are better. WTF?

if it was internet players playing live against live players the internet players probably wouldn't have as big of an edge...

Problem with saying that live players are better than online is that it's like someone getting interviewed about sex, giving all these expert opinions, but at the end you find she is a virgin. It discounts everything else he says.

If the online guys can not leak information and keep their discipline playing far fewer hands/hr, they're the stone cold nuts.

Otherwise, all bets are off.
