Their defense has been ridiculous for most of the year, but they are getting owned pretty badly today. I can't believe how well GB's line is playing.

yeah their defense is good. their front 7 is sick. however, they play in by far the worst division in football and have had a really soft schedule otherwise. i am with ez. also, i am very much for the pack because i want the best team to play dallas so they dont make it to the superbowl. FUCK THE 'BOYS, GO PACK GO!!!

Yeah, after those 2 early fumbles he really turned it around and had an awesome, awesome game. Green Bay really dominated that game... all you really had to do was look at the line of scrimmage and that told the story of the game on both sides of the ball. The Pack dominated.
This JAX/NE game is exciting. Jacksonville is looking tough. It's about to be 14-14, pending the PAT.

julius jones got the majority of the carries but grant still rushed for over 2,000 yards at ND. did not know it till today but he double majored with computer science as one of his majors. mad props for that.

What a painful game!
This year, especially on the road, we just didn't play at all like we are capable of in several games. They just don't seem to show up at all...or didn't.
I really hope that next year, if Holmgren doesn't retire, that we promote Mora to defensive coordinator (if he does retire, Mora for Head Coach!). We certainly have the playmakers, but I feel like the schemes we run put us in a bad spot IF we don't make the big plays or at LEAST get some serious pressure on the QB. We can't just stop a team, we kill them, or they kill us.
Today was a perfect example, CB's lined up almost 10 yards off the line of scrimmage all day long (and it's not just today either), not hitting the WR's in that first 5 yards, then, surprise, they don't have any problems w/ timing or running routes! This also opened up all those quick passes that kept hurting us.
BUT, since we are out, I hope GB takes it all the way. Favre is my favorite non-Seahawk of all-time and I would like to see him win one more and retire on top.
On another note, Alexander has looked much better of late, since he has healed up, but our run blocking has been pathetic. I hope we can get Alan Faneca in free agency to help toughen us up and give us some of that attitude we lost with Hutchinson.
Now I'm going to go cry...

I think Mora has to be the leading candidate to replace Holmgren when and if he retires. I think that's a good thing for Seattle.
Still though, the Seahawks just havn't seemed the same since they lost Hutch. And I think just about every team in the league would like to get their hands on Faneca, assuming he hits Free agency. The pricetag is going to be high.
