I froze up in the middle of a SnG, have tried rebooting, logging back in, all to no avail. Anyone else having problems?
That was great, Uncle, but get off me now. You're squishing my smokes!

I have problems with it all the time, it will log in, but then sit at the establishing connection screen permanantly. And turning it on and off several times exiting, for it to finally get you in and on a table and then lose connection.
Dont F' with me, I can grind it out like a bot

Thanks for the response. I run into it periodically as well. Kind of pissed off about the disconnect as I had the table pwned! (10+1 NL)

I am still new at Pacific, but am majorly frustrated with hinkey conections. Besides a generally poor run of cards, I was disconected from more than one monster flop after a long wait for a decent hand to play. Only getting to play one table at a time is increasing my variance (at least the downswing part.)

I have an older computer (450MHz), but have DSL. The performance doesn't seem to be computer related, but connection related. It may be superstition on my part, but I have the most troubles when MS Outlook is open (I know, makes no sense.)

Additional bitching:
How can I change my password?
Why must it lock up when I check out the lobby?
When I try and select a table in the lock-up-lobby, does anyone else get sent to the wrong table 50% of the time?

Pacific Poker is a large, scabby blister located barely on the inside edge of the anus of the poker world.

One tabling sucks.

Bonus adds about .03c an hour to your bankroll playing $50NL games. Cashouts take forever, there are no options to change anything, the games list is annoying, players are tighter than a 14 year [CENSORED] [CENSORED], the graphics make your eyes bleed after 8 minutes, the cards you get suck for 10 hours in a row, disconnects are considering a part of "gambling", and for some reason only one window can be opened at a time. How does such a successful online casino company allow this crap program to be distributed? Couldnt they hire someone halfway decent to design a better client?

I hope that the dog of whoever gave this program the thumbs up catches rabies and rips their mother's throat out while she is sleeping. ARGH.

So anyways...

After installing a new home network, I had problems with Pacific. I contacted support and my downloaded software wasn't getting through my new firewall.
Pacific support pointed me to a Full download -- ran much more solid than before, but doesn't display the NL & PL ring games in the menu.
Wierd. I was playing more SnG's anyway.

Signed up a friend and got another $100 bonus (3/8/05 is the last day.)

When Pacific gives you lemons ...

Update: I rec'd a corrected d/l from Pacific that is (relatively) stable and includes all their games. I am much happier (relatively.)
