TOWN OFFERED $100K FOR NAME CHANGE: An online poker site wasn't bluffing when it offered $100,000 to have its name stamped on a community. Officials at PokerShare.com are offering that sum if the western Kentucky hamlet of Sharer -- which has no city council, no grocery and no post office -- changes its name to PokerShare.com. The proposition has Butler County Judge-Executive Hugh Evans scratching his head, but he's not keen on the idea.
Dealer: bencathers has two pair, Aces and Deuces
Dealer: Tbags has two pair, Kings and Jacks
Dealer: Tbags finished the tournament in 256th place
Tbags [observer]: another scumbag gets there on this site lol

The town is very conservative and the company knew there would be a 0.0000000000000001% chance of them accepting the offer. What it did do though was get it splashed on the front page of CNN.com and in lots of poker forums. So, was it really that bad of an idea?
