Well if your sitting close, seems like you would have to move your head a lot to check left and right in fps. Maybe I am wrong tho.
Its like my cousin has a 62inch tv, and its just to big for his living room, you cant "take" the whole picture at once.

ya, I think it would be pretty terrible for poker too. If it had 1200 vertical resolution..... that's a different story.

Yea, a friend showed me that and at first I was like "Thats a sick version of what I have now" [3x 20" Dells], but then saw the resolution and realized it wouldnt be worth it for poker, and its also pretty fucking big as its a DLP.
However, its definitely an awesome concept and itd be sick if they released something similar to that with a better vertical resolution and smaller form factor.

i think the point of it is that it adds peripheral vision to the fps game. U aren't really supposed to be turning your head, u are supposed to be spotting things in ur periph and then turning to kill said thing.
