I figured since we had a BALLIN' thread, we needed a NOT BALLIN' thread. some people can ball all the time and all people can ball some of the time, but all people can't... i dunno something like that.
So I wake up today and I have to pee just unbelievably bad to the point where it hurts. on my way to running to the bathroom i stub my toe on the side of the wall and bust it open pretty good. issue is eventually resolved (the fucker still hurts).
I go over to my computer and there is IM from this girl that I like and have gone out with a couple times saying we're never going to work out and it having something to do with me cussing out her best friend. meh, she was a bitch and deserved it (trust me).
I pull up MetaTrader 4 (currency trading platform) and I did some real damage to my account going short on USD/JPY. Short of course means "sell", and the fucker went straight up. It hit my stop loss and kept on going.
Anyway I decide to get some food and I make some of this mojito marinated chicken that I bought from the grocery store. Looks delicious. Smells like puke. Tastes somewhat similar to how it smells. Ate a can of tuna and some other random garbage.
POKER TIME WOOHOO.. I've been trying to put in at least an hour every day. I fire up 9 tables and lose a solid 4 buyins in about 750 hands, slightly less than an hour.
I quit and decide to do some real cooking and do the dishes in the meantime (dishwasher is GREAT I LOVE IT SO MUCH I ALMOST MADE A SEPERATE POST ABOUT HOW I CAN JUST CRAM IMPOSSIBLY DIRTY DISHES IN THERE AND THEY MAGICALLY COME OUT SPARKING CLEAN A HALF HOUR LATER YAYYYY).
Anyway, I bake some marinated chicken from the grocery store (not the mojito this time) and ground some beef to make tacos, I eat, everything is delicious, wrap up all the chicken and rest of the beef for future eating....... and I step in a massive pool of warm water.
Fucking A, garbage disposal cracked open and all the dish water is spewing out of it all over the place. I turn off dishwasher and get 5 towels and clean up the damage, dishwasher is still half full of hot, dirty water. yummy.
I don't have the # to the leasing office so i have to put some damn clothes on and walk my ass over. Neighbor starts chewing me out for being too loud over the weekend WTF I WASN'T LOUD AT ALL I KEPT IT DOWN FOR YOU MORAN.
anyway i get over to the leasing office and this fat ugly woman took down all the info and says "is it ok if they stop by when you aren't home?" WTF BITCH THEY ARE RIGHT OUT FRONT SMOKING A BLUNT OR SOMETHING, SEND THEM OVER NOW.
So I come back and realize that I'm out of beer. Fuck. I decide to play a game of madden and just play a quick game online real quick. I win toss, receive, methodical drive, 7-0. First defensive play i set up some sick labbed heat, champ bailey for the PICK 6....... xbox 360 froze. Amazingly i just dropped the controller and walked away.
jamurda just called me so i gotta wrap this up, he's probably going to tell me he's going to kill me unless i give him 20k or something.

Headlight motor on vette went out and i had to drive home 40 miles with one headlight, obv a cop pulls me over and gives me a ticket, even though there is NOTHING i can do about it, also not boc. On top of all this stupid bitch at work calls in sick, she is filling in for a lady that her daughter died in a car wreck the day before, so guess who has to fill in for both of them because we have no other monkeys to do it.......me baby, me. awww man... theres a manual crank for the headlights lol. Pop the hood and look ath te motor, the manual crank might be covered by a rubber cap, I had to do this on my 240sx, wish you said something before .

wow, what a piece of shit. Even still though you can disconnect the control arm from the headlight housing then prop the light up and theres a slot for you to put a bolt in, or there is on all cars Ive come across with popups, I think its mandatory.

My non-balla stuff:
I'm in a shitty ass downswing, and I mean the kind where yeah you get sucked out on a lot, but also you still get good hands but they get ZERO action, and that makes you question your play and think maybe you're not giving enough action so you spew an air bluff at some guy that won't lay down a pair of kings with a 2 kicker.
And the Candian dollar is basically the same as the American dollar so when I withdraw 1k I get actually get 1k instead of 1.3k like this time last year.

finally - my kinda thread 
Today I checked the 2 deposits paypal made to my account - had to verify a bank acct. and they make 2 deposits when you open business account etc. - usually those kinda things are 1-3cents....They deposited 12c and 19c - so I got 31cents and was kinda excited - that may be the most money my site makes
My wife opened a savings account today for my son - put $50 in it and after I sent my buddy the $50 I lost for our Football bet this week, my son now has more money in his savings than I do....and my wife didn't put my name on the account - so i can't "invest" my kids $$ for him....
is that NBOC or what?

I have nothing against the guy as a person or how he acts, even if he is a bit.... goofy at times.
What does somewhat irritate me is the fact that live players get so much praise when high limit online players are generally much better. DN is a great example of this. I'm NOT saying he's a bad player, but he called out a lot of the high stakes stars players, who are so clearly better than he is fundamentally at NLHEring and I think it's a joke to be honest.
The whole image of live poker gods is good for poker though to be honest so I don't know why it irritates me. I think it's an ego thing.

You are mistaken my friend.
1) This week's low, and coincidentally the all-time low for USD/CAD is 1.0120. At the moment of writing, it's at 1.0134, very close. USD still more valuable, but it's only a matter of time before the canadian dollar is worth more.
2) I'm not sure why you brought it up anyway since I was talking about trading the Yen. Your post implies that the dollar is weakening; shorting USD/JPY implies that I agree. Today was quite volatile, and the only major currency that the USDollar strengthened against was, ugh, the Yen.
3) Trading the news is generally for suckers.

It depends, ISF. What are you doing as work for $15? Is it going to help you in the future, or is it just something you have that allows you to say you have a job and stuff, something to maybe fall back on if poker falls through?
And what type of job do you have in college that pays $15? That's some pretty good scratch for a college guy.
