LOVE Denver -3. This pittsburg luck fest stops this weekend... denver takes them down by 7
Also taking under 44 in the Carolina/Seattle game... i think its going to be very similiar to the washington game... final score somewhere around 20-17
Whats everyone else on?

Steelers are the biggest lock in history.

Just some thoughts as I don't know if I'll even bet football this weekend.
I know Carolina is tough, and I love their ATS results. However, I think some of this Steve Smith stuff is overblown. Not to say he's not an awesome player, but I'm thinking that DeShawn Foster made the last few weeks happen for him and the team. Eg, Chicago simply had to respect Foster's threat and couldn't scheme enough coverage for Smith (aside: the cat & mouse game was funny with each team talking about how they had to stop the run, and then both of them passing so much.) With Foster out, it's a lot easier to game plan for the Panthers.
Pepper's shoulder injury makes me slightly nervous about the under in that game. I just see it as a potential weak spot that could open this game up...
I do like the Broncos to cover. Their D line is solid and it seems to me that they can cover pretty well. Big Ben looks good, but they aren't near as susceptible as the Colts to those big pass plays. Yes, the Steelers are tough on D, but when I saw Ron f*ing Dayne go nuts in that one game, it made a believer out of me in Bronco's O-line. Plummer's mobility might prove to be the difference as it makes the Steelers play more honest on D and opens them up to nice plays.
In the end, Broncos' 15-20 yard pass plays make all the difference.

Broncos by 10, everyone overlooks how good they are, still the most disrespected playoff team I've ever seen. They just aren't as flashy and don't have the star power to drive Sportscenter so no one pays attention. Until 2 weeks from now, when around 100 million people will pay attention.
Other game has too many what ifs? Can Nick Goings replace Foster adequately? How hurt is Julius Peppers? Shaun Alexander? Can Carolina's secondary hold Hasselbeck? No way I'm putting money on that game's spread...the under is tempting, but I made that mistake last week with the Chicago game.

You should never wave at people you don't know, cause what if they don't have a hand. They'll think you're cocky. "Look what I got motherfucker, this thing is useful, I'ma go pick somethin up."

This is funny considering Foster is probably one of the bottom 5 rushers in the NFL.

Nice game. That 1st quarter was Broncos' nightmare. Can't hold on to pick6, fumble recovery overruled, then Plummer's fumble.
The Steelers have been lucky no doubt, but I guess it's about time to give them some credit for playing (and coaching) so well.

Yep, I'm slow like that. I bet against them today and if the game was just about to start, would do it again. Palmer goes down on the first play. Indy just flat out stinks that game. And today they get the perfect early breaks that let them play their game.
But nobody does that w/o damn good game plans and execution.

I never try to get too defensive/offensive when talking about the teams i love.
It just seems like in years past, we were consistently unlucky where we've been lucky here.
