Yes that's right, I need help with a computer, I am a plonker.

I turned on my computer today and my little quicklink things that appear to the right of my start menu are GONE.

You know what I mean, just to the right of the start menu I had like 3 quicklinks for the Internet, Outlook and Microsoft Werd. But they have mysteriously disappeared off the face of my computer. Even if I drag the little thingy that is supposed to drag the thingies out, it just doesn't work.

How do I get them back?! Any help would be much appreciated.
