Well, folks, it's that wonderful time of year when you have to focus on all your flaws and pledge to fix them... That is if you don't get too down on the fact that you have so freaking many.

I'd like to hear what everyone is pledging to do so we can bump this at the end of the year and laugh at all of your failures.

Me? I'd like to get a 3.75 GPA across my next two semesters. I need 3.5 to stay in the Honors college, so over-shooting is always a good goal.

Physical focus is on the back burner for the time being. I'm so damn sexy, changing anything about my appearence will only do harm.

Poker? I have no real poker goals beyond pushing my limits a little bit and maybe learning that silly variant known as limit.

How about you?

Poker: $2,000 by the end of the year, more of an aim than a resolution.

Life: Find a girlfriend.
Spend more time with my grandma, who has contracted cancer.
Enough porn already!

Secure my first class degree in physics, sort out my world travelling plans and get the hell out of here, move up in NL ring games at some point.

My most immediate goal is to get settled into my new Co-Op apartment w/ my wife and make sure nothing get's broken in the move.

Poker goals are as follows:

Near Future: In 3 weeks going to Foxwoods to play in the Tuesday night R&A and take no prisoners.

On-Line: Never to ever complain about a bad beat again.

That will be nice to hear, other than the normal

"NL is better because Limit Sucks!"

However I have found few full time limit players that left for NL. Beware of the dark side rilla.

Check out my videos at Grinderschool.com

guess i only have one, quit smoking. it's been a long, fun ten years, but the wife is pregnant now and i don't even want it around my kids. great thing is, she's not pressuring me at all, if i want to do it, i can.

oh, i guess i should start saving some money from now on, that would be another one.

Mine is to live a more healthy lifestyle.

This includes scheduling more vacations to cut down on stress and not worrying about work and other issues as much. It also means eating a little less fast food and exercising a little more.

Talk about mispent yoof!!

Concerned/doting mother: "What did you do at college today, Li'l Jonny?"
Li'l Jonny: "I played poker in between searching soft core porn sites for a hot avatar to use at FTR!"

Anyway, simple resolutions:
1. Cancel my mobile phone contract and get a pay-as-you-go. That should stop me wasting £10 a month on line rental.
2. Stop having any more children.
