Brag: All around awesome grandma who takes care of the kids while at ER/surgery
Variance: Wife will be on lifting restriction of 15 lbs...both kids weigh more than that. Daddy sole source of income, can get time off, but it's a family business and my job doesn't get done if I'm not there.
Beat: I miss my and wish I could be in two places at once.
