Alright, so since I should be not poor here in the next couple of weeks, I've been thinking about getting a bunch of new clothes. I've pretty much been a Abercrombie/Hollister/A&E guy for like 5 years now and its getting boring as shit. Me and m2m had a mini discussion about this last night on IRC, but I'm not a 100% sure which way I want to go with it.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

I don't know what being an Abercrombie/Hollister/A&E guy is but it probably means you spend too much money on your clothes.
I've adopted my wife's philosophy of "If it isn't on sale, don't buy it." She has easily saved me hundreds if not a couple of thousand of dollars over the last few years.

Find the girl with the best sense of fashion that you know(note: she should also be hot) and ask her to go shopping with you. Naturally you will need to buy her lunch as a thank you, and no, not McDonalds. I suggest visiting Nordstrom, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, Banana or even Express for him. TJ Maxx and Marshalls for deals on decent shit(jackets, coats, button downs, belts, some shoes) and Nordstrom for the stuff you can't find at TJX/Marshalls, i.e. real nice shoes, jeans. You can also pick through the old standby stores, but be selective instead of outfitting yourself with a whole Hollister wardrobe and stay away from the massively branded stuff. Any suggestion that your personal shopper might have will trump mine though as I'm now 33 and probably looking for different styles than you.
