I'm not even gonna lie, I like the song. A couple of my friends listen to Rammstein a bit, but I never really got into them. Can anybody recommend good albums/songs by them?

If you like this song then get Reise, reise or Rosenrot. Songs like Amerika and Moskau. Their best stuff imo is on the earlier albums but they are a little less poppy than this.
