We need two different tags - one indicating the good kind of NSFW, and one indicating the bad, horrible kind of NSFW. If we all agree, perhaps a simple GNSFW and BNSFW will do. Because if I'd seen BNSFW, I would have not clicked on this link, and now my eyes wouldn't be stinging from the washings of a thousand bars of soap.

NSFW = Not Safe For Work. We generally use the tag to prevent people looking at rude topics at work and getting fired.
