Post subject: My girlfriend made the LA Clippers cheerleading squad!

Just announced last night at 10:30pm, my girlfriend Rachel and 17 others beat out a group of over 250 girls at the Los Angeles Clippers Spirit tryouts!
She kicked ass and I'm so proud of her for setting her mind on what she wants, giving it her all, and then pwning it!

I remember her from the Charger Girls, she was one of the Union-Trib Charger forums favs back then. Congrats on her success, five years on the squad is incredibly impressive. I can only remember a few that make it that long. Too bad she left the squad though now they are on a roll. Maybe she will bring the Clippers some good luck.

LOL - that's not weird. When she took me to Chargers games last year, there were fans in the parking lot looking for her at the tailgates, waiting to get a picture with her or give her gifts. This is 2 years after not being a Charger girl. LOL - now that was kinda weird.
Yeah, I'm really happy for her and she's really excited to be back into something like this.
Most importantly, I'll hopefully get some free tickets to games and get invited to some cool events!!
