I just got back in town from biz meetings and i go home and log onto my pstars account and it only has 12k in it. It had 26k in it before i left. My brother lost 14k being a tilt monkey breaking the rules of our stake. My only saving grace is i am cfo of the company he works for and it looks like someones wages are going to be garnished. GG 50k a year for him. Will post graph when i get to the computer that he was playing on. What a degen lol.

not the coffee shop, xpress bags, he runs the front office and is actually underpaid for what he does IMO. But now he is really going to be underpaid. BTW this isnt the first time something like this has happened. 2 years ago he went on a cruise with a few of his friends. My mom gave him her credit card just in case something came up, not to be used for leisure or anything like that. Well he played blackjack and ended up draining his own bank account (like 3k) and then losing 7k on my moms credit card. Took him a year to pay her back.
He deleted the HH but im going to email stars and try to get them. From what he siad he lost most of the 14k playing 2k HU sngs and he actually won a 5k HU sng to get it under a 20k debt. What a dumbass. The sick thing is that he is a really really good player, he just has no self control at all.
Oh another random brother degen story. About 2 1/2 years ago i taught him to play sngs on party during the summer time when we had a lot of free time. He started out with 300 bucks on party and after about a month he has like a 4k roll. So from there he starts playing 55s and 77s and ends up running the 300 up to over 10k in about 2 months. So im thinking he is set and i dont have to worry about him anymore so i stop coaching him and let him do his own thing. Well i go back to lubbock (lived there at the time) and decided to play a session. I try and get in a few 215s and it wouldnt let me sit. My brother was on every 215, he was 12-18 tabling them (before party had table restictions) and lost 12k in about 4 hours and went bust. What a dumbass tilt monkey. Done with rant now.......

Yeah, are you legally allowed to dock his wages for this? I don't know anything about these things but my uninformed guess would be that if he makes a big deal about it, you can't.

legally no i cant, but whos to say he cant have a 14k pay cut and i get a 14k pay raise. To do this all i would need is a majority vote from the board of directors(im on it) and that would be easy to get once they know the reason why.
Lol he just called me and told me he won a WPT scratch off lotto for 550 dollars and he was giving it to me. Good plan on his part, lotto tickets to pay off debt.

You need to reword this post, no one takes advice like this seriously.
You're brother may have a gambling problem if the conditions, emotions, stresses etc are right but that's not to say the man can not be trusted with money.
Sane people are capable of insane acts but so long as he recognizes that if the mood is right, he can be a huge detriment to his bank roll. And he'll be less reluctant to accept and be vigilant for his gambling problems if you confront him with things like "You're an addict with a problem and need help." Capable people will completely shut off to this approach.
