1280x1024, 17'" e-machines monitor connected to a sony vaio w/ geforce vid card. i use this resolution to multi-table, but when i open web pages, sometimes the text is shrank to the point of smaller than this and its really annoying. When I surf FTR, nothing is wrong, but when I log into hotmail, my school e-blackboard, and other places, the typed text is tiny. Graphics are still normal sized though, so I don't get it! I can't just switch back and forth between resolutions because it distorts everything and it takes 10 minutes to get all the monitor's settings to match the resolution. SO, i was just wondering if theres a way to fix my text.

Whenever I hold ctrl and scroll with my mouse (that little roller on the top that scrolls webpages up and down) it plays with the font size of the text in Firefox.
You might wanna try it

In IE you can also adjust it with the CTRL-scroll method. Also by going to "View|Text Size" off the top menu.
