Wohoo! Today I reached my goal: $500 in bankroll of which 100 % is pure profit.

Now I´m moving to Empire.

Congratulate me, guys!

Congratulations, but i really think you are thinking too small here. Whats your next goal? Maybe you should think of a non-monetary goal, like increasing limits within a certain number of hands.

We only improve when we force ourselves to make goals and then follow them. I suggest everyone do it.

Thanks for the nice words guys! I´m planning a haircut in half a year when my cell biology studies are over.

Yeah, this was just a partially goal. Now I´m thinking about what my next goal should be. I think the monetary goals and increasing limit goals go very much hand in hand. I think my next goal should be $1000 with some help from whoring, then maybe I´ll begin taking some shots at $.5/$1.

OK, I have one non-monetary goal: To be able to play comfortably at the $.25/$.50 tables in the long run (not getting in a bad mood after a losing streak).

I think I should wait a bit with Empire though, because my old favourite Royal Vegas is offering a 20 % reload right now. I´ll go for that one first.

The Empire/Party .5/1 game is too g00t. Get your $100 deposit bonus + rakeback and it's far more value than any reload bonus I'm aware of. 500BB should be more than enough.

Ok, I'm concluding that in the other thread you were indeed talking about limit. I'm pretty sure that Wag's talking about NL up there...

Just for the sake of argument, what kind of BB/100 would you think one could expect from the .5/1 games? I might seriously look into them when I get a little closer if it's comparable to the 5-7BB I usually pull out of my NL tables.

$3/100 hands shouldn't be too hard. If you make more than that over any meaningful sample size you should move up to 2/4.

Haha, yeah I actually read those articles. Nice move by the guy to buy one (sic!) pair of shoes to his wife for his initial winnings of $9,000 and then take high interest loans and play with... it´s like alcohol, there´s always this minority group that simply can´t control it.

I think Sweden´s monopoly systems are breaking down one after another... radio and TV was first in line, next is the gambling monopoly, the drug store monopoly and the alcohol monopoly. Globalization is our governments worst enemy...

Nice work by you too!

How do youget the depo bonus (and other bonuses) and rakeback? I tried entering bonus codes when I depo'ed, but nothing ever appeared in my Empire bonus account.

I assume you have to be dealt into a certain number of raked hands to qualify for the bonuses and rakebacks?
