Never had lamb? I just had lamb now. Delicious shoulder of lamb, the tenderest meat in town. I would've voted for lamb, had it not been for the fact that Bruce Arena is surely gay.

If the beef ranchers weren't so good at defending their monopoly (and subsidy money) lamb would have replaced beef many years ago.

if you've ever had a gyro, chances are that you've eaten lamb. i'm a vegetarian now but if i had to choose, it would be lamb.

My dad is an avid deer hunter... Venison is the best damn meat I've ever had... that and elk/boar/bear etc etc... Tastes so much better than from the store.

Caribou and moose are among my favorites, but among commercially raised meats I'd have to say bison/buffalo. I barbecued some steaks side by side with beef for some friends of mine and they couldn't believe how much better the bison was. Lamb is also awesome - a butterflied leg on the barbie is the way I like to do it. Some people don't like the smell but they just don't know how to cook it.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I picked beef only because I get it the most. I'll eat any of them listed though, except for that diseased assed Pork crap. Won't let it touch my lips. venison ranks high on the list, seeing as I'm canadian.

You should add veal and filet to the list. They are beef obv, but totally different.
