This a typo or what happened here?!?!?!

Why would Arizona nullify a safety by accepting a penalty on Seattle? Or is this a typo? Thanks.

I'm assuming you were watching some live update of the play by play like that offered by CBS Sportsline. You have to cut those guys that do the live update a break. It's real-time and they are prone to mistakes. Most of the time if they make a mistake they will flash the correction. However, sometimes they don't.
