Ok so i have been playing at Full Tilt since it opened and have never had a problem with anything, until now. Over a month ago i made a standard withdraw from the site. However this one got processed differently then the rest. The rest went right back to my debit card account. This one was processed through neteller even though i never asked it to be. Fine. Whatever. But here is the problem. The money dissapears from my Full Tilt account but never makes it into my neteller account. I contact the people at neteller and after so much run around they tell me that they have talked to FT and that FT says it was processed correctly. However, they say it may have been sent to a different account but they can't tell me for sure because it is against their rules. Then they send me an Email saying that they are no longer going to help me get my money back and to talk to Full Tilt myself. So then i begin emailing Full Tilt asking what happened? I always get the standard response back from their support team. Something along the lines of "Thank you for your inquiry. I have sent this on to the appropriate department and we will get back to you as soon as we find out whats going on. This may take a few days so please be patient." I wait a week and nothing. So i email them back but it just goes to another support person who tells me the same thing. Then something suspicious happens. All of a sudden i cant log into my account. It says i have an invalid password and to change it. But whenever i try to change my password the Full Tilt software locks up on me and i cant. I tried it several times and it happens every time. I tried re-installing the software, same thing. I email support about this and just get the same standard response. So now for the past month i am missing the $700 withdraw i made and I am missing all the rest of my money in my account because i cant log in. There is no phone support for FT but my emails seem to be useless. Anyone have any ideas of what i can do? This is really making me mad and i dont know what else to try.

Thanks guys.

(I know this might not be the correct place to post this but i know it will get alot of attention here and it does have more to do with Money then actual poker itself, but if it needs to be moved so be it.)

No i am using Gmail for my email address.

I have tried from several computers and it does the same thing. I have even set up a different account and tried from my computer and other computers and it lets me change my password and log on freely.

the only thing you can do here man, is go talk to a lawyer that specializes in this type of cases. What im saying is make it a case, because you will get a lot more then $700 back if you can prove to the lawyer that you infact deposited, recepits (e-mail verification) which shoulda been sent to you once the money left your account.

Once you show this proof to the lawyer he will be all willing to help you, since he knows if their is proof, that the money went out of your account with the proof of the e-mail but neteller is saying it never made it to your account, you got a case. Now if they didn't email you a verification e-mail then you shoulda knew something was up.

Just get everything down with the visual proof, take it to a lawyer and sit down and have a chat...you will get to hear what you want...if your telling the truth.

goodluck and wish the best for you.

hope the isle of man has good lawyers.

Not a lot you can do. e-mail, call, do everything. Find out from full tilt exactly what neteller account the money was sent to. Ask them for some type of proof it was sent there. send neteller the proof it was sent there, show them how it is not there now. I dunno, work some magic.

You might want to try to bring it up with Casinomeister. While I understand that he deals primarily with casinos, he might have some pull with the Full Tilt people as well. Its worth a try.

I thought his email might have been hacked and someone changed his password and canceled the 700 withdrawl and rewithdrew to his own neteller

Yeah i dont think the lawyer angle will work since this isnt in the US.. and anyways it would cost me more for a lawyer then i lost.

So this weekend i tried creating a different account and then changing my password. The same thing happened (site locked up and wouldnt allow me to change my password and therefore i couldnt get back into the new account). So i guess that is a good thing that it isnt specific to my account. But it seems to me if this happened to everyone they would have fixed it by now. I cant be the only person who had to change their password.

I also tried emailing them again and got a different response. This wasnt the same 'form letter' responses i was getting before. The customer support person said she forwarded it on to someone else then he even emailed me back saying he would check into it. So i guess i will just wait and see.

Thanks for the ideas guys and keep them coming if you think of anything else.

I know when I have a problem with Full Tilt I have to e-mail them a minimum of 3 times before anything gets done....and then I email them like 7 times a day until it becomes resolved....it seems like the only way to get any attention from them.

ok got some new info... one of my friends just got locked out of his account too. When he emailed them and asked them why they replied to his first email and said "your account is assosciated with an account that in currently under investigation". Now i am pretty sure this account under investigation they are talking about is mine. And im sure why he is involved was because we have transfered money back and forth several times and we have both logged on from the same IP address to our accounts. But this makes me ask why they didnt tell me in my 10+ earlier emails that my account was under investigation.. this would have possibly explained some things. They told him in his first email that it was but never told me. Also i am wondering why my account was under investigation. I have never done anything wrong. I only personally know two other people on that site and i have never sat at the same table with them. Any more ideas guys??

Wow so craziest thing happened this weekend. I had totally given up on the $700 withdraw that was missing and the rest of my money that was in my Full Tilt account. This all orginally happened back in August or something. Well i check my email and i get one from the support team at Full Tilt. It basically says "Your account has been restored. We re-imbursed you the $700 for the withdraw you lost. Sorry it took so long. Have a nice day."

Well i finally found out what caused this whole mess. My friend owed me some money and we regularly transfered back and forth through Full Tilt. Well he was out of money on Full Tilt i guess and instead of transfering to me he depositted straight into my Full Tilt account with his Neteller account that was linked to his Full Tilt screen name. So basically they thought we were colluding or something. Wich we never even played at the same tables. So after all this time i finally got my account back. all my money back.. and everything is good i guess. One of the things im most excited about is now they offer the custom Baseball/Hockey/Football jerseys that all their pros wore during last years WSOP. I ordered two custom jerseys (football and hockey), a new FT bag, and SSH! Now all that ontop of all that money i kissed goodbye made for a great weekend!

Yeah ... we had played before at each others houses so he had my login information saved on one of his computers. I had always used direct bank transfers for my deposits so there wasnt any previous neteller info on file for me. so when it popped up in their computers as the same as anotehr players red flags went off

yeah im still pissed. but getting all the money back late is better then never at all!

I just checked my email because my account at FT got suspended, and this is what I got. The account that got closed had over 6k in it. This is not good. I'm trying to contact them as I type.

Hello PO$$E$$ED,

It has come to our attention that you may be using multiple accounts.
In accordance with Full Tilt Poker's Site Rules, only one account per
person is permitted on our site.

At this time, we have closed your account named blacksnatch. Please use
your primary account, IEatYoChildren.

Please do not create multiple accounts to play on Full Tilt Poker. If
you would like a full explanation of our site rules, visit:

have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation, and best of luck on the tables!

i would guess that they will give you the money from the one account and put it into the other.

my recommendation is in the future only use one account, otherwise they're going to screw with you

First apologize profusely for creating a problem, you didn't realize it would be a problem, etc etc. Then nicely ask for the money in the closed account to be transfered to your neteller account. Promise them you will only use the FT alias that they want you to, and never create a new account.

If that doesn't work (they hubbub around about not being able to give it back) get pissed. As long as you weren't cheating (which I sincerely doubt you were) create a post on FTR about how they refuse to return the money. Wait for the post to get sufficiently long and heated. Then email full tilt and demand the money back. Give them a link to the post, and make it clear that they will lose more by not returning the money because they will lose players.

If that doesn't work, repeat the process at 2p2.

errr I suggest you go and do this boycott post at 2p2 and not here. Im pretty sure FTR and FT are associates in one way or another, and this might not be a good thing for ftr. If you are gonna do this here, pm xianti first. GL with everything.

Just wanted to let y'all know that I got everything straightened out with them, they transferred the money in the suspended account to my other account. I guess from now on I'll be smarter about using multiple accounts, transferring funds into a primary account when I want to cash out instead of cashing out directly from each account.
