but seriously, wtf is this craziness. I love how you think youll get some answers, but it only gets way more confusing. Oh and whats up with the lady having the file on jack... I mean.. what? The producers said last year that this is not pergatory, heaven, nor hell. idk .. Im lost (hah).

As to how they got jacks info, no idea really, but they could have probably got all that crap through the interweb or a private investigater.. they must have some sort of access to the real world which is pretty interesting to learn

yah, see I keep trying to take the route of this being some sort of afterlife, but Im pretty sure the producers put an end to that theory in some interview. So a connection to the real world eh..
Did you see the preview for next episode? They find out about the sail boat, and whats his name.. the leader of the others, he gets kinda mad and really wants the boat. If he has a connect to the outside, why is a stupid sail boat so important to him? Or maybe he just doesnt want the crashies to have it?
Also Im deing to find out what happened to walt and michael, however I have a feeling its going to be a long time before they tell us.

oh and one more thing, why was it important that they stay in thier "disguises" looking all grungy for michael, when hes leaving. It seems like they wouldnt care at that point, hes leaving anyways, but then that makes me think that they arent really letting michael and walt get away after all.

Ok, here is my own half-assed thoery. I am a huge fuckin fanboy of this show.
The Hanso foundation (the mega-billionaires behind the Dharma Initiative) w/ all their resources in the world were able to locate this kind of rift in time/space. This allows them to run their illegal human testing regarding genetic engineering and life expansion etc.... I would believe something w/ the uber powerful magnetism connected with the button would have something to do w/ the existence and opening/closing of said rift. Also the reason why the plane was brought in and crashed when the button last failed.
I believe that "the others" know a way in and out of this place thus telling Michael and Walt to follow an exact direction in degrees and minutes or w/e to get out of there.
There are still some holes to fill though as why they act like grungy mfers. But I believe this is to blend in with the new arrivals to see who would make good candidtaes for testing...(i.e walt/kate etc...) Also, how they got info on Jack and whatnot....
But anyways thats my ideas of what the fucks going on.

I dont live in the US so I have to download the episodes off the interweb...it doesnt have the previews with it.
Argh theres just so many questions from season 1 and 2 that havent been answered yet, i just dont have any idea anymore :P

so whats up with DESMOND? he's predicted the future twice now. still no explantaion what happened with the hatch and why he appeared naked with these new powers.
i was pretty surprised jack was so keen to help with the surgery, guess its the hippocratic oath and all.
looks like henry/ben could be the guy with a spinal tumor? anyway whoever it is would explain why they have kidnapped jack, but still doesnt explain why they are holidng sawyer and kate prisoner like that.
sawyer got his ass kicked again, poor guy, gg.

Ive never seen the wire, but the shield is the shit.
I guess a big reason of why I initially got into lost is because of the whole stranded on a tropical island premises. When I was a kid these were always my favorite stories/movies. Peter pan, jurrasic park, anything to do with pirates, ect.
