i've got free drinks after work from 5pm.
this means i get in about midnight, get on Pokerstars/WillHill, get the bankroll i've built up over last coupla weeks (from £25 to £160ish), get on tables above my roll, win about £300 on a druken heater, lose the lot playing shit 1/2 hr later, go to bed, wake up and feel like a prize cunt.
i'll try my self control, but by the 4th or 5th Jagear bomb i just don't give a fuck....

I'll be gagging to play tonight but won't be able to, short of burgling PC World.

Can't you exclude yourself from playing using the software for like a day or so?

This is quite pathetic in a way... but if I could predict all of my tilt-sessions in advance then I'd probably have someone do this too.

I don't get it, i can be really drunk IE stumbling around and stuff and still play poker nearly as well as i can when sober :P
It's the last thing to go from drunkeness, i guess i'm just really scared to lose my bankroll..
And yes, tried and tested.

I have played poker when very drunk and played okay but that's because I've been hugely aware of my boozed-up-ness. It's when I don't feel pissed but am, or don't care, that I can be a danger.
On the other hand, I was hammered the other night (2-day hangover ftw) and played $3 HORSE SNGs and drunkenly messengered givememyleg and it was great fun

the problem is that you are not drinking enough to knock yourself out
drink just a little more and you won't be able to do anything
solved
