Looking to get a tv tuner

I want one with an ATSC Tuner in it. Being able to pause live TV and stuff ("Timeshift," as they call it) would be nice, but I guess not absolutely necessary. I think about $130 or so is my price cap. Any recommendations?

I think thats what Im going to do with this old box when I get a new computer.
