So I was at my Uncle's place, and he says that their family computer was running really slow. So I look at it and it's got heaps of free memory and a decent amount of ram.
Then I notice that they get shitloads of popups when they browse the internet, and they even get a Symantec notice, when they didn't have any antivirus programmes installed.
So I download AV Guard and Adaware for them (getting to download.com took about an hour), and these are the results:
