hahahaha. what a stupid mother fucker. i am very happy to hear that he got 23 months in prison. im sure if he didnt have millions of dollars to hire a great attorney he wouldve gotten a lot more than that, but hey, ray "the knife" lewis got off with murder and was somehow still allowed to play in the super bowl. what are you gonna do?
getting back on track, i hope that when he gets out that no nfl team touches him with a 10 foot stick.

yea, he is one huge idiot. at least the judge made him flat out admit that he hung a dog himself. unfortunately, he still will probably get "a second chance" with some team because he should be able to keep himself in shape and he is relatively young. i mean, come on, ricky williams got back in the NFL....
23 months means he might get out for the 2009-10 season if he gets out early on good behavior. then sportscenter will be overrun again by some bullshit story how he is a changed man/can walk on water and deserves a second shot at the NFL. *sigh*

I compared them because Ricky Williams is a recent example of someone who did something very stupid (leaving your job to go on a magical journey) but got back into the NFL. Also, your average fan thinks Vick is a head case for doing what he did, but he will get back in eventually.

Those are good comparisons. It is, as it always has been, hard to see why those guys got off.
I only hope that Goodell has the sense to keep him out, because I agree that if he is allowed back in the league, SOME team will sign him.

yeah i mean the dog fighting pisses me off because i am pro dog, but it just really infuriates me when athletes that get payed millions of dollars (and they dont deserve it) and they fuck it up. like ricky williams, smoke weed after you are done making lots of monies!

Keep in mind that the *average* criminal only serves 70% of their sentence. I would bet vick will serve close to 50%.

If his conviction was on state charges, maybe. But these were Federal charges and sentencing. Federal convicts must serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence.(time served prior to sentencing is included) They can earn some days for early release with good behavior(can't remember the exact amount, but it is less than 60 days)

Is anyone else watching Monday Night Football? They had the Falcons' owner on and they were asking him about Vick. Someone asked him if there was any chance Vick would ever play for the Falcons again, and the owner said something like "He has a lot of hurdles to clear before we consider that. He might eat a lot of fried chicken in jail and come out weighing 250 pounds." Hahaha, wow, I  the South.

dog tastes good. i'm not really a big fan of pit bull because it is very tough. golden retrievers are pretty good, somewhat of a high fat meat though. it's kinda like a prime rib. little poodles are like filet mignon though... SUPER delicious.
