at least with a 51 yd fg it would have been more exciting because you dont know if they will make it. very stupid mistake, weird that gibbs made the call twice too.

zook you are crazy, the game has definitely not passed him by he was just overcome with all sorts of emotions and was just doing whatever it took to win the game
if you think about it, he knew the kicker could make the 51 yd FG because he saw him do it, so he was trying to mess him up by getting him to kick it a different distance
