Amazing Experience, good luck! Make sure you have a guy jump with you and tape your jump. Well worth it so you can relive the jump later and show your friends/prove you did it.

I'm trying to convince the friend that's jumping with me today that we should pay a little extra and go to 13,000 feet -- for Friday the 13th! It's a full minute of freefall vs 40 seconds. She's too scared, though.

When the wife and I went, we had the guys we were tandeming with, then there were 4 other guys who were straight out of those old extreme mountain dew commercials who had clearly jumped about 52 times that month. As we're taking off it's hot in the cabin so they opened the plane's door like they were rolling down a car window and started hanging body parts out of it. Which seemed really crazy until I remembered we were all jumping out anyway.

Shit man this sucks. Hopefully you get another chance. This happens to some people and they just say fuck it and never go again. Better luck next time. Its a blast when it actually happens.

what the fuck.. when I went I also got a speeding ticket (in a construction zone, so like $600) and we also werent able to jump because of the weather..

Fuck... yeah, the whole day sucked. I don't know if I want to make that drive again, to be honest. I lose my deposit there, but if I try it again, I may go somewhere closer, though the ocean view is supposed to be fantastic at the last site.
