It's about 4:00 am right now, my eyes are bloodshot, my brain went to sleep hours ago and I'm surfing FTR for the 6th time today looking for new posts to read, at what point does this become an addiction rather than a hobby?

How dare you tell me to start slowing down.

I won't slow down until I start noticing my friends look like kings, jacks, clubs, etc. Or if I start using the word poker like the Smurfs use the word smurf.

And I'm not gonna poker stop. So poker you! :P
I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

I have this dream too, but my dream involves a pile of cash soo big I wouldn't even think of spending it, I would just sleep on top of it, I wonder what I would dream about then?

lmao, I heard someone say they sleep with a card in there hand every night and if they still have it in the hand when they wake up it's been a good night, well I got to thinking about this, what if you the opposite sex (female in my case) or if your homosexual the same sex in bed could you still keep the card in your hand?

1. Do some research
2. Form a hypothesis
3. Get back to us with the results.

Fishstick, we have all asked for you to be here so we can talk to you about your gambling. This is an intervention.

You have been much happier because of all the success you've had.
You have been treating us to drinks, etc with your winnings
You have been very profitable.
And you have been a joy to be around.

And this hurts us to see you like this. We think you need to get some help. Don't ignore us.

fishstick: "my name's fishstick, and i am a profitable poker player."

the group (in unison): "hi fishstick."

(fishstick notices cookies in the back that are round and about chip size. pulling a deck of cards from his pocket, fishstick challenges anyone in the room to heads-up play for cookies!)
i hate what i have become to escape what i hated being...
